100% hand-picked, whole bunch pressed, wild yeast fermented, with partial malolactic fermentation in French barriques. High solids and weekly bâtonnage.

Pale straw with golden hues.

A complex bouquet of peach, nectarine, grapefruit peel, and fig, layered with savoury notes from yeast autolysis. Subtle hints of hazelnut and cashew are present, alongside a touch of reductive gunflint, adding depth and intrigue.

The palate reflects the aromatic complexity, with a natural fullness and bright acidity that brings perfect balance. A creamy texture and subtle French oak enhance the structure, leading to an exceptionally long and elegant finish. A truly holistic wine, beautifully integrating fruit, savoury elements, texture and finesse.

This wine has been crafted for ageing and will evolve beautifully over the next 5–10 years.
