Fermented in very small parcels with manual punch-downs, the must finishes fermentation in French barriques, where it also undergoes malolactic fermentation.

Deep, intense ruby with youthful hues.

Perfumed aromas of intense cassis, crushed violets, black cherry, chocolate, tobacco and pot pourri.

The palate is tight and structured, suggesting strong cellaring potential. Flavours of ripe dark fruits are supported by evolving cigar box notes, with a seamless, full finish framed by ripe tannins and well-integrated French oak.
